About
Fearelise began to host a music project I'm working on, but the geeky side of me couldn't resist, and a blog happened...My name's Jeremy, living in awesome Colorado. I like things like photography, Open Source & Server technologies, four wheeling and exploring in 'Hambone' (my jeep), playing music, messing with code, multiplayer FPSs, and occasional general tinkering.
The domain name is a play on Beethoven's Für Elise and has been the music project's name for several years. The direction is 'closer to roots' industrial. It's not a priority but look for it to eventually be published here.
I built the site from the ground up and run the server serving it. I modified the lightweight sNews engine for the backend and design / code the themes. Themes are purposefully efficient, standards compliant and validate; but won't have any "ie fixes". I regularly work with various aspects of the server and occasionally reboot / restart services... I have a lot of fun with the site and hope it's usable, easy on the eyes, and maybe even somewhat interesting!
